Project Overview
For a cleaning company, a website needs to answer practical questions quickly: what services are available, what types of spaces the company handles, and how a customer can request an estimate.
This project centered on a homepage that brings those answers into one clear sequence. The design combines service navigation, company information, detailed service cards, a three-step quote process, and an appointment enquiry form.
Commercial cleaning is the central message, supported by information about janitorial services, floor care, and disinfection. The page gives visitors several ways to explore the offering before contacting the business.
The Design Challenge
Cleaning services can be difficult to distinguish through a list of service names alone. Customers also need to understand the company behind the work and what happens after they enquire.
The design needed to balance those needs without making the homepage difficult to scan. It had to introduce the business, show the breadth of its services, and provide a clear route to an estimate.
The resulting page structure moves from a broad introduction to specific services, then explains the enquiry process and presents the contact form.
A Clear First Impression
The opening section pairs a full-width cleaning photograph with a short headline and a prominent appointment button.
The imagery immediately establishes the type of business. The primary action gives visitors who are ready to enquire a direct next step without requiring them to read the entire page.
A compact information bar places opening hours and a phone contact above the main navigation. This keeps practical details accessible from the start of the visit.
Navigation groups the main destinations around the homepage, cleaning services, floor care, and contact information.
Service Categories That Support Quick Browsing
Below the opening section, four circular image links introduce the main service categories: commercial services, janitorial services, floor cleaning, and disinfection services.
This section offers a quick overview before visitors reach the more detailed content. Each category combines a photograph with a short label, keeping the choices easy to recognize.
The layout gives visitors a starting point based on the service they need rather than requiring them to read a long introductory paragraph.

Introducing the Company Behind the Service
The company introduction uses a two-column layout, combining cleaning photography with an overview and a short mission statement.
This section creates space to explain the business’s approach and introduce the team’s work beyond a list of tasks. A contrasting estimate panel connects that introduction to a practical customer action.
The visual hierarchy separates the company heading, supporting text, mission statement, and further-information button. Visitors can scan the section or read more closely depending on their level of interest.
Detailed Service Cards
A dedicated service section presents individual cleaning tasks through four cards: window cleaning, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
Each card follows the same structure, with a photograph, service title, short description, and navigation control. The consistent format makes the offering easier to browse. Visitors can identify the task relevant to their property while the images provide immediate context.
A pale background distinguishes this section from the surrounding content. White cards and restrained shadows create separation without introducing a different visual style.
Explaining How to Get a Quote
The quote process is presented as three numbered steps: submit a few details, arrange a walkthrough, and receive a quote.
This section makes the proposed enquiry journey explicit. It explains that the initial request leads to a conversation and a property walkthrough before an estimate is provided.
Large numbers and connecting arrows make the sequence easy to understand at a glance. The short descriptions keep attention on the next steps.

Commercial Cleaning in a Business Context
A separate content section focuses on cleaning for business premises. The layout pairs explanatory copy with a large photograph and a phone call to action. It gives the company space to connect its services to the presentation and upkeep of a workplace.
This section also provides another contact opportunity after visitors have explored the services and quote process. The page therefore supports both an early enquiry and a more considered decision further down.
A Dedicated Appointment Enquiry Section
The contact area combines a photographic information panel with an appointment form.
The information panel groups opening hours, phone details, and location information. The form provides fields for first name, last name, email address, phone number, and a message.
Keeping these elements together supports two ways of getting in touch: contacting the company directly or submitting a written enquiry.
The message field also gives prospective customers room to explain the property or cleaning requirement before the business responds.

Visual Direction
The design uses blue, orange, white, and pale neutral backgrounds to create a consistent visual hierarchy. Blue anchors headings, navigation, and the footer. Orange highlights appointment buttons, process numbers, and selected interface details.
Photography carries much of the subject matter, showing cleaning activities and working environments. Rounded cards and buttons soften the presentation, while generous spacing separates the major sections.
Alternating backgrounds help visitors recognize changes in content as they move through the homepage.
Design Deliverables
The homepage design includes a contact and opening-hours information bar; main navigation with an appointment action; a photographic opening section; four primary service categories; company introduction and mission statement; detailed cleaning service cards; a three-step quote process; a commercial cleaning content section; contact information and an appointment enquiry form; and footer navigation and social links.
The Outcome
The project produced a homepage design that connects service discovery with a clear enquiry journey. Visitors can explore the company’s offering, learn about the business, understand the quote process, and find a suitable way to get in touch within one page.
The case study documents the design and its content structure. Lead volumes, conversion rates, and revenue results are not available for this project.
