Founder & CEO, Construction Growth Services
Eduardo Mora is the founder and CEO of Construction Growth Services (CGS), where he works directly with business owners to identify the bottlenecks holding back growth and build practical solutions across marketing, technology, AI, automation, and e-commerce.
Eduardo has more than 15 years of marketing experience spanning the legal, fintech, and construction industries. As Marketing Director at Netevia and Net Element, he was part of the executive team that helped scale the fintech business from $118 million to $275 million in annual revenue within two years. He has managed more than $1 million in paid media campaigns and, as CMO of JM Attachments, developed and executed the digital marketing strategy that increased sales by 222.61% from 2024 to 2025.
His experience extends beyond customer acquisition. Eduardo has worked hands-on with custom e-commerce platforms, CRM and ERP systems, analytics, paid media, SEO, conversion optimization, web development, data infrastructure, and business automation. More recently, his work has focused on applying artificial intelligence to real business operations, including systems that connect AI with a company's own knowledge, data, and technology stack.
After moving from fintech into construction, Eduardo saw firsthand the technology gap facing many small and midsize businesses. He founded CGS to bring marketing, sales, design, development, data, automation, and AI together around one objective: helping businesses grow leaner and faster.
Based in Miami, Eduardo writes about marketing, artificial intelligence, technology, web development, e-commerce, automation, and business growth.
