Industry: Interior Design
Scope: Website Design & WordPress Development
Client: Confidential

Project Overview
For an interior design studio, the website is part of the first impression. Visitors need to get a feel for the studio’s aesthetic while understanding what it offers and how to start a conversation.
This project combined website design and WordPress development. We created a visual direction built around interior photography, warm neutral colors, and generous spacing, then developed the website on WordPress.
The homepage connects the studio’s introduction, service offering, selected projects, and contact prompts. It gives visitors several ways to explore the business without making the page feel like a long sales pitch.
The Brief
The brief was to create a website that could present both the studio’s creative work and the practical side of its services.
The design needed to accommodate large project images while keeping navigation, service descriptions, and enquiry buttons easy to find. Photography would establish the atmosphere; the page structure would help visitors understand where to go next.
The scope covered two connected parts: designing the website experience and bringing that design into WordPress.
Our Approach
A Visual Identity Built Around the Interiors
We used a restrained palette, expressive serif headings, and large photographs to give the work room to stand out.
Rounded image treatments introduce a softer visual rhythm across the page. Together with the typography and spacing, they give the website a recognizable character without competing with the interiors themselves.
The same design language carries through service introductions, project previews, and supporting content, helping the page feel consistent from the opening section to the footer.
A Homepage With a Clear Sequence
The homepage moves from an introduction to the studio’s services, approach, and work.
The opening section establishes the visual direction and provides an immediate next step. A concise service overview then introduces project planning, interior design, and project execution.
Further down, the studio introduction adds context before visitors explore the portfolio. Supporting sections provide space for client feedback and editorial content.
This sequence lets visitors browse visually while still finding the information they need to consider a project.

Services Presented in Plain Language
Interior design can involve several stages, and prospective clients may arrive with different levels of familiarity. We organized the service introduction into three distinct areas.
- Project Planning: The starting point for defining the direction of a space.
- Interior Design: The creative development of the interior.
- Project Execution: The stage that brings the design into physical form.
Each service has a short introduction and a route to further information. The homepage stays concise while giving visitors a starting point for exploring the studio’s offering.
A Portfolio That Takes Priority
The project section uses large images and concise labels to keep attention on the studio’s work. Visitors can scan the portfolio without reading lengthy descriptions first. Project titles and categories provide context, while the layout creates a consistent way to present different interiors.
The portfolio sits within the broader story of the studio, connecting the service offering to examples of its visual approach.
Accessible Points of Contact
Contact prompts appear at several points in the homepage journey. Visitors who are ready to enquire can take action early. Those who want to explore the services and portfolio first encounter another opportunity to get in touch further down the page.
A dedicated contact area pairs the enquiry prompt with a phone option, giving prospective clients a choice in how to begin the conversation.

WordPress Development
We developed the website on WordPress, translating the visual design into a working website.
The implementation brought together the page layouts, typography, imagery, navigation, and content sections within one platform. The development work followed the design’s hierarchy so that the studio’s services and portfolio retained their intended prominence.
WordPress provided the technical foundation for the website and its ongoing content management.
